1. General Information

Henrys by Franklie is an online retailer based in South Australia selling wine and related products. All products are sold and supplied in accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA). You must be 18 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol from this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.


2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your state or territory of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to liquor and trade laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


3. Product Information

We make every effort to display the most accurate product descriptions, vintages, and images. However, minor variations may occur. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices include GST (where applicable).


4. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed via Shopify’s secure payment system.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.


5. Shipping and Collection

We currently ship to select Australian regions in compliance with liquor licensing laws.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Alternatively, you may choose free local pickup from:

You must present valid identification upon collection to confirm you are over 18.


6. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your wine is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@henrysbyfranklie.com.au with proof of purchase and photos of the product.
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


7. Competition Terms and Conditions

“Win a Mixed 6 Bottles of Wine” Giveaway

Competition Period: Entries open at 9:00am (ACDT) on 30 October 2025 and close at 11:59pm (ACDT) on 27 November 2025.
Winner Announced: 28 November 2025 winner will be contacted via email.

Eligibility

  • Open to South Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
  • Entrants must have signed up to the competition form on henrysbyfranklie.com.au/competition
  • Employees, agents, or immediate family members of Henrys by Franklie are not eligible to enter.

Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a Mixed 6-Bottle Pack featuring wines from Franklie Wines and Mosquito Hill Wines, valued at $260 AUD (RRP).
  • The selection of wines will be chosen by Henrys by Franklie and is not negotiable or exchangeable.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Collection

  • The prize must be collected in person from:
    Henrys by Franklie, 68 King William St, Kent Town, SA 5067.
  • Proof of age (18+) and identity will be required upon collection.

Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted via email provided on 28 November 2025. 

Additional Conditions

  • Henrys by Franklie reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all liability related to the promotion.
  • Henrys by Franklie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Henrys by Franklie. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Henrys by Franklie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, products, or promotions.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
